Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Company name, address, phone, email) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract before we start providing the service, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days using the same means of payment you used.

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performing the service after you have:

• explicitly requested that we start the work before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

Once we start the construction of the well or related planning work, refunds are no longer possible.
